Artwork source: Public domain, U.S. government work (WPA Federal Art Project, late 1930s) - Library of Congress 98518597, no known restrictions · View the original. Reproduced in full from an archival scan of the public-domain original — not redrawn, not AI-generated.

Two bighorn rams stand on a high gray rock against a peach sunset sky, with a blue lake and mountains below and the words The National Parks Preserve Wild Life. This silkscreen poster was made for the U.S. Department of the Interior and the National Park Service by the Works Progress Administration's Federal Art Project in the late 1930s. As a work of the U.S. government it is in the public domain; this print reproduces it from the Library of Congress's high-resolution scan of an original poster, with the poster's own paper edge and small signs of age kept.

Why you'll love it
• A real 1930s national park poster, reproduced in full - not a modern WPA-style redraw
• Bold flat silkscreen colors that suit a living room, office, cabin or kids' room
• Pairs with the Ranger Naturalist Service posters for a national park gallery wall
