For the person whose dog is family: a young Henri de Toulouse-Lautrec painted his own dog, Flèche, sitting patiently in a sun-dappled garden around 1881. This print reproduces the original, now in the public domain, from a high-resolution open-access image by the National Gallery of Art, Washington (object 52228).

Why you'll love it
• An artist's portrait of his own dog - loose, loving brushwork
• Leafy greens and golden light for a hallway, office or reading nook
• A gift for a spaniel or hunting-dog owner who loves a garden
