Red porphyry rocks plunge into a deep blue Mediterranean bay under a tall umbrella pine on the Esterel coast, between Cannes and Saint-Raphaël. F. Hugo d'Alési painted this poster for the Paris-Lyon-Mediterranean railway in 1902. This print reproduces the original poster, now in the public domain, from a high-resolution scan by the Bibliothèque nationale de France (Gallica).
