The racing sloop Puritan of Boston drives through rolling green seas under a full spread of cream sails, with other yachts and a steamer on the horizon and soft golden clouds overhead. This color lithograph was drawn by Charles R. Parsons and published by Currier & Ives in New York in 1885; the printed caption lists the yacht's length, beam and draught. This print reproduces the full original sheet, now in the public domain, from a high-resolution open-access image by The Metropolitan Museum of Art.
