The towers of the Houses of Parliament rise as a deep blue silhouette against a glowing orange sky, while the setting sun scatters gold across the Thames. Claude Monet painted The Houses of Parliament, Sunset in 1903, part of his series of London views. This print reproduces the original, now in the public domain, from a high-resolution open-access image by the National Gallery of Art, Washington (object 46523).
