A black ring holds a burst of saffron, slate blue and emerald bands, a checkerboard ribbon and tiny floating forms. Wassily Kandinsky made Small Worlds IV in 1922 for his Kleine Welten (Small Worlds) portfolio, printed at the Bauhaus in Weimar. This print reproduces the original color lithograph from The Metropolitan Museum of Art's public-domain Open Access image.
Why you'll love it

• Warm mustard, sage-green and soft gray that work with wood tones, terracotta and mid-century furniture
• Pairs with Small Worlds II and Small Worlds V for a matched abstract gallery wall
