Eagle over the Snowy Plain by Hiroshige - Japanese Woodblock Print 1857, Winter Bird Wall Art, Unframed, 11x14 12x18 16x24 20x30 24x36

A great eagle swoops over the snow-covered Jumantsubo plain at Fukagawa Susaki, with distant Mount Tsukuba on the horizon, from the color woodblock print by Utagawa Hiroshige, 1857, in his series One Hundred Famous Views of Edo. This print reproduces the original Japanese woodblock, now in the public domain, from an archival scan.

Why you'll love it
• Real Edo-period artwork by Hiroshige - a bold, graphic bird's-eye view
• Slate blue sky, white snow and a dark eagle - striking winter contrast for a study, hallway or living room
• Pairs with Sudden Shower over Shin-Ohashi Bridge and Maples at Mama from the same series as a seasons-of-Edo gallery wall
