Branch of the Seine near Giverny (Mist) by Claude Monet - Impressionist Art Print, 1897, Unframed Landscape, 14x11 18x12 24x16 30x20 36x24

Early morning mist rising over a quiet branch of the Seine near Giverny, the trees dissolving into pale lilac, blue and green reflections. Painted by Claude Monet in 1897 for his series Mornings on the Seine, made at dawn from a boat on the river. The painting is almost square, so it is printed whole on an ivory border. This print reproduces the original painting (Art Institute of Chicago), now in the public domain, from the museum's own high-resolution image.

Why you'll love it
• A real Monet painting - not a modern 'Monet style' imitation
• Soft, misty lilac and blue - a calm piece for a bedroom, bathroom or reading nook
• Pairs with the Water Lily Pond, Japanese Footbridge, Poppy Field and Stacks of Wheat prints from the same Giverny collection for a matching gallery wall
